Chimichurri Verde Olive Oil

Chimichurri Verde Olive Oil - Our delightfully spicy and pungent Chimichurri Verde Olive Oil is made with a base of fused green chili olive oil flavored with a medley of spices and herbs including garlic, cilantro, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and red chili. We recommend using it to sauté or grill veggies and marinate chicken, shrimp, beef, or pork. It works exceptionally well with beans and legumes, including drizzling over hummus. Try using it on popcorn or as a base for a spicy aioli. There are no wrong answers! It pairs well with Siclian Lemon White Balsamic, Oregano White Balsamic, Jalapeno White Balsamic and our new Garlic Chive White Balsamic for marinades, dressings and sauces.

TASTING NOTES: Our  The Portuguese Organic Cuvee is comprised of exceedingly rare Northern Portuguese dry farmed traditional varieties including Madural, Negrinha and Cobrancosa from the stunning Douro valley region. The trees are harvested from ancient orchards where more than one olive variety was planted. This balanced oil displays notes of tomato leaf and green almond with a creamy mouth feel and pleasing pepper finish indicative of Northern non-irrigated trees.

Fused Tunisian Baklouti Green Chil Pepper - Olive Oil

Fused Tunisian Baklouti Green Chil Pepper - Olive Oil. From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, this Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region. This fused oil is the only example of this fruity and spicy green chili olive oil in the world. Baklouti chili olive oil is made by combining fresh, early harvest organic olives with an almost equal ratio of fresh, whole green Baklouti chilies. The two, and only two, ingredients are then crushed together, mixed in the malaxer which fuses the fresh green essential oil of the pepper with the organic olive oil. Baklouti adds a savory, tantalizing kick to salsas, marinades, soups, grilled foods, vegetables and more. Caution: very hot!! Product of Tunisia.

Fused Whole Fruit Green Lemon Olive Oil - Our Fused, early harvest, Chilean green lemon (Eureka Green Limonato) was made by crushing green Arbequina olives alongside estate grown green Eureka Lemons in April! The result is an incredibly complex, pungent fusion. By harvesting unripe lemons and olives grown side by side, we achieved maximum green lemon aroma in this powerfully fragrant and floral oil. Super concentrated, a little bit goes a long way! We firmly believe that such precision makes our April 2025 production entirely unique from anything else out there. Pairs beautifully with Peach White Balsamic, Honey Ginger, Suyo Cucumber, Tangerine, Wild Blueberry, Strawberry Rosé, or Watermelon Rosé Balsamic for everything from vibrant vinaigrettes and seafood marinades to refreshing spritzers and fruit-forward glazes.

Infused - Madagascar Black Pepper Corn Olive Oil – Spicy and floral with notes of fresh, ground peppercorn and a lingering, tingly Szechuan peppercorn finish. Great for marinades, dressings, aioli, sautéing and over ice cream. Try it in a cream based dish, or in a salad for a nice peppery zing. Amazing on popcorn, with creamy pasta and seafood. Create that amazing peppercorn flavor in your favorite dishes without having to use fresh peppercorns! Fused - Jalepeno Olive Oil - Our South Australian Jalapeno fused olive oil is both fruity and spicy. It’s made by combining fresh green, early harvest Frantoio olives with a large portion of FRESH Jalapeno peppers! At harvest we used double the volume of peppers than we traditionally do to really maximize the flavor. These two fresh ingredients are simply crushed together and mixed in a malaxer which releases and combines the green essential oil of the fresh peppers with the olive oil. The resulting marriage boasts lingering spiciness, slightly bitter pleasing green vegetal notes and a vibrant zing from capsaicin. Our Jalapeno fused olive oil adds a savory, tantalizing kick to salsas, marinades, soups, grilled foods, vegetables and more. Caution: hot!! Product of Australia

As a matter of fact, there are no chemicals, artificial, synthetic ingredients, dairy, or wheat used in any of our flavored products.  All of our oil infusions are natural and come from plant based essential oils. The ingredient statement for our butter flavored olive oil reads: certified extra virgin olive oil, organic compatible natural flavor. The nutritional information for this oil is identical to a standard extra virgin olive oil nutritional statement. There are no allergens associated with our product as its dairy free. We do offer allergen statements for all of our products and encourage you to keep a copy on hand to address questions regarding allergens. Our butter olive oil brings together the best of both worlds with all the health benefits and phenols of extra virgin olive oil and the rich 100% natural flavor of butter.  We suggest using our natural butter extra virgin olive oil on pancakes, in baking to replace butter in recipes, drizzled over mashed potatoes, popcorn, and pasta or simply dip bread in.

Infused - Gochujang Herb Olive Oil - Our Gochujang Olive Oil is a spicy-umami “flavor-fest” combining the rich, savory, fermented flavors inherent to the epic Korean condiment for which its named. Use it to marinate, roast or stir-fry veggies, tofu, chicken, pork, or beef. Brush it on shrimp just off the grill. It’s lovely in dressings and cucumber salad.
